Demountable Canopy

Our demountable aluminium canopies are the perfect addition to your aluminium trayback, allowing you to quickly switch between work and play. The jacking leg system allows you to quickly move between trayback and canopy; raise the canopy and drive away leaving the canopy standing in your garage at the beginning of the working week, or mount the canopy at the weekend ready for an overland adventure. Alternatvely switch between designated work and expedition canopies, including ones of half and three-quarter size, hence maximising the trayback area.

Our canopies are fully welded aluminium construction, providing optimum strength and durability whilst remaining lightweight. They can be left as raw aluminium finish, powdercoated or professionally painted in a colour of your choice for extra durability.

The canopies are fully bespoke and are designed to fit any specification or requirements you may have. These include half and three-quarter size canopies, built in roof racks, specific partitioning systems, bespoke storage systems, etc.

We can also completely fit out the canopies, e.g. dual battery system, fridge slide, integrated drawer system, external/internal lighting etc.

Canopy details and options available

  • Full size, three-quarter or half size canopy

  • Internal aluminium framework to allow for bolting of accessories directly onto canopy

  •  Lockable external opening gull-wing doors allow for secure access to canopy

    • Single or double gull wing doors

  • Installation of 4 jacking leg mounts to enable the canopy to be lifted off from the trayback using 4 jacking legs. The canopy can be left standing whilst the car is driven away.

  • Internal full width aluminium partition.

  • Tracking can be installed to roof and floor of canopy to allow easy fixing of items to be carried.

  • Electrical fit out of canopy

    • Can include wiring of auxiliary battery, fridge, air compressor, internal canopy lighting, external auxiliary lighting, etc

  • Safe pet travel:

    • Roof fan and vents installed to allow air circulation

    • Sky light to increase natural light

  • Modified roof top tent mounts

  • Spare wheel mount(s)

  • Jerry can mount
