Demountable Canopy

Our demountable aluminium canopies are the perfect addition to your aluminium trayback, enabling quick transitions between work and play. Switch between work and expedition canopies, including half and three-quarter sizes, in order to maximize trayback space. The rapid jacking leg system allows for an easy transition between trayback and canopy, allowing more time for outdoor adventures!

Our aluminium canopy construction provides optimum strength and durability whilst remaining lightweight. They can be left as raw aluminium finish, powder coated or professionally painted to match your livery for extra durability.

The canopies are fully bespoke and are designed to fit any specification or requirements you may have.

A full interior outfitting service can be provided including custom partitions, ventilated and insulated dog housing, integrated kitchen and drawer system, 12v electrical fit out, external and internal lighting, fridge slide, and more.

  • Full aluminium construction with premium lighting and fittings.

  • Our standard full size demountable canopy is 1850mm wide and 1650mm long.

    Other sizes include 1000mm and 1450mm length canopies. Other sizes are available on request.

    Our standard design includes two side opening gull wing doors. Additional side doors and rear doors can be included.

    • 1650mm, 1450mm or 1000mm long demountable canopies.

    • Internal aluminium framework to allow for bolting of accessories directly onto canopy.

    • Central locking gull-wing doors (single or double) allow for secure access to canopy.

    • Optional jacking leg system allows rapid removal of the canopy from the trayback. The canopy can be left standing whilst the car is driven away.

    • Internal partitioning available to fully utilise the space.

    • Tracking can be installed to the roof and floor of the canopy to allow for easy fixing of loads.

    • A full interior fit out can be provided including 12v electrical systems (fridge, air compressor, auxiliary battery, lighting), and full kitchen fit out.

    • Safe pet travel includes installation of a roof fan and vents to allow air circulation, and a sky light to increase natural light.

    • External accessories include spare wheel mounts, jerry can and gas bottle mounts.
