Every vehicle  deserves it’s own bespoke LAO roofrack. Designed to your specifications and ideas, our tubular lightweight roofracks are durable, hard wearing and made to work for you.

We design racks for ALL vehicles and for ALL uses, whether for off-roading, overlanding, carrying bikes or kayaks or for commercial purposes. We can fabricate racks for pick-ups (both cab and bed-mounted racks), Land Rovers, vans, SUVs and even cars!

We can also make alterations to any existing installed commercial roof racks to better suit your purposes.

  • We can design and fabricate racks for ALL vehicles and for ALL purposes.

    We can incorporate any specific requirements you may have such as mounts for a roof top tent and recovery boards, a rear roller system for long loads, and can even include a permanently mounted bottle opener as per popular request!

    STYLE: Racks can be designed as a platform style (for mounting tents) or include side rails to aid load securing.

    LIGHTING: Mounts for front facing lighting, e.g. spots or light bar, and auxiliary camp lights.

    FLOORING: Tubular, slat or mesh

    COLOUR: Any RAL colour.

  • Dependant upon design and specification, our racks are fabricated from tubular steel or aluminium.

    We can incorporate tubular, slat or mesh flooring in both steel or aluminium.

    Our racks are first zinc coated to protect against rust, then powder coated for extra durability. Powdercoating can be carried out in a range of RAL colours to match your livery.

    We can also supply, fit and install premium auxiliary lighting.
